After a very nice reception of guests, where a traditional Romanian artistic cultural program was watched, students and teachers from the six partner schools: Spain, the Netherlands, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Romania, conducted a learning activity centered on Mathematics, English, history, biology, physical education, participated in class demonstration lessons, supported by Stoilesti Secondary School Teachers: From Cristian Ionel (history, English), Antonie Natalia-Ioana (biology, chemistry) Neacsu Nicoleta (mathematics, computer science), Alin - Constantin Codreanu (physical education). Have made presentations about the activities in Romania.
It was a meeting, speaking, interacting with the mind, with the soul, with the closeness between people and colleagues. It is about the feeling that each of our partners is aware that we are part of a community of common values and aspirations, common goals and beliefs. We have realized, however, that we, the Romans, need additional linguistic preparation, especially in English, which must be taught through school. English is an important international language, and is increasingly defined as a basic skill of each student. English serves as a means of communication between peoples who speak different languages globally and especially in Europe. It opens a window to the world and is therefore one of the most important school disciplines across cultural and national boundaries.
Collaboration among teachers from different countries has been a key component for improving students' language skills. The meeting was an open and transnational space for teachers wishing to increase English education through knowledge and interaction. Our project has much to offer by initiating intercultural dialogue among teachers who want to improve English and develop tank thinking if passion and enthusiasm are passed and assimilated and good practices are appreciated and adopted.
From the program of this project meeting, the guests and partners have much appreciated the Stoilesti Communal School Debate Seminar, the Zavoi Conference Conference, the Stoilesti Petroleum Park Documentation Visit, the Study Visit at Bran Castle, the cultural visit to the Center The historical city of Brasov and the old center of Sibiu, the study visit from the Monastery from a Wood and the memorial house Anton Pann in Ramnicu Valcea. The guests also appreciated the participation at the extraordinary concert at the Gheorghe Dumitrescu Philharmonic in Ramnicu Valcea. Great attention was enjoyed among the students, sports games.
In order to implement the project, discussions were held on the activities to be carried out in the next steps, the results to be achieved and tasks assigned to each partner.
These activities represent a learning and cultural experience, an exchange of good practices and an openness to friendship, cooperation, understanding and tolerance.
